Terms

Version 6 November 2026.

1. Seller and contact

The seller is Centrum Edukacyjno Consultingowe CONCRET Anna Urbańska, a Polish sole trader, Mieszka I 7D, 86-300 Grudziądz, Poland, tax number (NIP) 8761283234, REGON 870628325. CONCRET Anna Urbańska handles sales, payments, invoices, platform operations, customer support and data-protection rights.

2. Course and technical requirements

Brian Tracy English combines B1–B2 English learning with personal development. It includes 5 modules, 25 lessons, Brian Tracy videos, exercises, quizzes, MP3 recordings, transcripts, dictionaries and PDF resources. The account stores learning preferences, progress, points, badges and notes. The optional preference survey is not required to start or continue the course. Its result reflects stated preferences and is not a psychological assessment or an ability test. No particular language level, income or professional outcome is guaranteed.

You need an email address, internet connection and a current browser supporting JavaScript, session cookies, audio and Vimeo video playback. PDFs require a compatible reader. The course works in a mobile browser. An optional microphone supports recording exercises; those recordings remain in the browser and are not uploaded to the platform. A microphone is not required for other content.

Videos use the external Vimeo player. Starting it requires saved consent to the “Wideo Vimeo (opcjonalne)” (optional Vimeo video) category in cookie settings. Without this consent, videos remain blocked; available MP3s, transcripts, notes and text materials can still be used. You may change your choice later. The privacy policy explains this and the handling of previously stored Vimeo cookies.

3. Account and use

Creating and maintaining an account is free. The account is needed to assign course access, protect materials and save learning progress; it is not a mandatory marketing profile. It is created during purchase or activated after migration. This section also sets out the terms of the electronic account service. Paid content requires a purchase or a preserved entitlement under an earlier agreement. Accounts and credentials are personal. Provide accurate details needed for your order and protect your password. Do not redistribute materials, share accounts, bypass protections or disrupt the service. Statutory permitted use and other mandatory rights remain unaffected. A person without full legal capacity needs their legal representative’s involvement or consent where required by law.

You may end the free account agreement at any time by contacting support. A consumer may also withdraw from that agreement within 14 days of its conclusion. You may ask support to close your account. Support will explain the effect on active access and legally required financial records. Closing a profile does not itself constitute withdrawal from the contract or cancellation of subscription renewals.

4. Plans, prices and modules

Prices are final prices in PLN, including applicable taxes. There is no physical delivery charge. Before ordering you will see the selected plan, amount due now, future amounts and frequency, and access duration. A month is a calendar month, not 30 days. If the corresponding day does not exist in the following month, the period ends on that month’s last day. An extension starts from the later of the current access end and purchase date. Your account shows access dates.

Learning requirements for moving between lessons, such as exercises or a quiz, are separate from modules included in a purchase. Content edits preserve learning history. Migration does not restart an earlier purchase period or retroactively replace its terms; access is reconstructed using purchase history and individual arrangements.

5. Orders, payment and invoices

Select a plan, sign in or register, provide the necessary information and accept the terms. The final purchase button indicates an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order and confirms this by email. Confirmation includes the plan, price, duration, renewal rules and an archived document package: the terms, withdrawal information and form, and privacy policy in the versions recorded for the order. Their complete text is attached to the email on a durable medium; later website edits do not change an order’s archived versions. Card payments are handled by Stripe, including Stripe Payments Europe, Limited and Stripe Technology Europe, Limited, according to their respective services. Available methods are displayed before payment. We offer payment cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, subject to device and wallet availability. Card details are entered in Stripe’s secure form, and your bank may require 3-D Secure authentication. The seller does not receive or retain full card numbers or CVC codes. Automatic subscription charges require separate, informed consent through the available recurring-payment process.

Access begins after the payment provider confirms successful payment. Returning to a thank-you page is not proof of payment. A failed payment does not extend access. If paid access is missing, contact support with your order number; do not send passwords or card details.

For a business purchase, you may enter company name, address and tax/VAT number at checkout. A tax number is optional for other customers. The seller issues invoices manually using the order details and applicable legal requirements. This service does not generate invoices automatically. Providing a tax number does not remove mandatory consumer-equivalent rights where applicable.

6. Cancelling future charges

For subscriptions, Stripe saves a payment method for the agreed future charges. Your course account may keep provider identifiers and limited card details, such as brand, last digits and expiry. You can change the card in your account’s subscription section, subject to any bank authentication. Migrating an earlier account or PayU purchase does not automatically transfer card consent or tokens to Stripe and does not resume old charges. Further payments require a separate customer action and confirmation of the new terms.

You may cancel future payments in your account’s subscription area or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges while preserving access until the paid period ends. Cancelling during the trial stops the first monthly payment. Resuming after a break does not grant another trial and depends on the confirmed remaining entitlement. Support can confirm the next payment date and subscription status.

Cancellation of renewals, withdrawal and a complaint are separate rights. Cancelling future charges does not by itself request a refund of earlier payments. A full refund revokes the access granted by that payment; partial refunds require support to confirm the remaining access. Statutory remedies remain unaffected.

7. Right of withdrawal

A consumer, and a sole trader where the agreement is not professional in character within the meaning of Polish consumer law, may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous statement to the seller’s email or postal address before the deadline. The withdrawal form is optional.

Signing in or starting the course is not conditional on waiving withdrawal rights. Under this offer the seller preserves the 14-day withdrawal right even after course use begins. All payments covered by the withdrawn contract are refunded in full, without deducting a fee for course use during that period, within 14 days of receipt of the statement. The original payment method is used unless you expressly agree to another method without extra cost. Access under the terminated contract ends and future charges stop.

The three-day PLN 9 trial does not shorten the fourteen-day withdrawal period. If the first PLN 297 payment has already been charged under the same contract after the trial, valid withdrawal within that period covers both payments: PLN 306 in total. Cancelling renewals preserves paid access and does not itself request a refund; you may submit a separate withdrawal statement.

8. Conformity, support and complaints

The seller is responsible for conformity of digital content and services under applicable consumer law, including supply for the agreed period and required updates, including security updates. You may request conformity and, where statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or withdrawal. Mandatory remedies are not excluded or limited.

Send complaints to the seller’s email or postal address. An order reference, problem description, time, device and desired remedy help investigation; missing any of these does not remove your right to complain. Consumer complaints are answered within 14 days of receipt, on paper or another durable medium.

Maintenance is limited to what is necessary. Material planned interruptions will be announced in advance where possible. Significant outages are assessed with regard to their duration and statutory remedies. The seller may not arbitrarily remove paid content or shorten paid access.

9. Privacy, changes and disputes

See the privacy policy for data and cookies. You may save or print these terms. Offer changes apply to new orders and do not retroactively change the price or scope of an already paid package. Changes to an ongoing service beyond what is necessary for conformity require a lawful contractual basis, appropriate information and preservation of the customer’s rights. Continued sign-in does not imply consent to adverse changes.

Polish law applies, subject to mandatory protections available under the consumer’s applicable law. Consumers may seek advice from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman and consult UOKiK’s out-of-court dispute information. These procedures are voluntary. These terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction at the seller’s location.
