Information about the effects of withdrawal
The right to withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract remains available after learning starts. The PLN 9 trial lasts 3 days but does not shorten that period. Following valid withdrawal, the seller refunds all payments covered by that contract within 14 days of receiving the statement, without deducting a fee for course use. If PLN 9 and the first PLN 297 have already been charged during that period, the refund covers PLN 306. The original payment method is used unless you expressly agree to another method without extra cost. Access under the withdrawn contract ends and future charges stop. This right applies to consumers and sole traders entitled to equivalent statutory protection.
